Due to the fast pace of modern life we have surrounded myself with for hours. Usually, all these watches merely show time and date, some may consider the time in multiple time zones, but nothing more. These settings are adequate for an ordinary person, but in Belgium think otherwise, that's where the most amazing watches.

The watch is unusual in the tower in Lier. The tower itself was built in 1425 and was originally called the Cornelius tower. In 1928 the tower was installed a clock made by Louis Zimmer and since then, this fortification became known as the clock tower.

 

The charm watch is really very unusual. Today it is believed that this is the most amazing watch in the world, is able not only to perform their functions and work, but also to be one of the masterpieces of world art.

They have the ability to specify the time at any point on Earth (on every continent), to display the time of tides, the cycle of the Sun, moon phases, constellations of the Zodiac and many more! Every hour, when the 12 minute hand fits, starts the whole idea. Modern scientists, who recorded the parameters of speed, was able to confirm that Zimmer really invented the mechanism, the unique precision of which is amazing. That part of the miracle of hours that is located in the pavilion that weighed more than 2 tons, visited in 1938 at the exhibition in the United States. The accuracy and uniqueness of engineering designs impressed albert Einstein, who saw the clock. His admiration he personally was expressed by Louis Zimmer.

In the planetarium, which was established in the building of the pavilion, displays a star map of the Northern hemisphere. And to our Solar system of nine planets, is built in front of the Zimmer tower in the square, added two more planets. They were called Felix (Belgian writer Felix Timmermans) and Zimmer (the watchmaker Louis Zimmer), in honor of the people who have glorified the city of Lier. The existence of these planets in the Universe is confirmed (but not in the Solar system). Today, the Zimmer tower with its amazing clock and the pavilion is already a Museum, which became one of the main attractions of the city.
